When will my order ship out?

We ship out orders Monday to Friday except on holidays.

All orders with completed payments received by 7 AM PST will be shipped out the same day, except on weekends. Orders placed after 7 AM PST will be shipped out the following business day.

Do you think I can cancel my order?

You may cancel your order if it has not been sent out yet.

Please send us an email with the cancellation request along with your order number.

You will not be able to cancel your order if it has already been sent out.
